One of the longest Warranty in the Mounting Business

HOLMIOS® products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the product's Warranty Period.

The Warranty Period commences on the original purchase date of the product by our customer. All HOLMIOS® products are covered by a Limited Product Warranty as found below:

TEN YEARS for metal video monitor mounts; all racks/shelves and non-electrical accessories (excluding plastic parts)

TWO YEARS for monitor risers. For all automatic products including but not limited to those with electric, gas-spring, spring, and pneumatic components, and plastic parts/pieces used in metal monitor mounts, risers, racks, shelves, and other non-electrical accessories.

For warranty claims made during the above Warranty Periods, HOLMIOS® will replace any defective product or part free of charge or agree a change. Customer should contact HOLMIOS® to make a warranty claim and duly follow the complaint procedure informed. We will discuss the problem and once we confirm the product is under warranty, we will ship replacement parts to you or issue credit based on the amount.

Please, pay attention to the following:

The HOLMIOS® 10 years Warranty applies to HOLMIOS® designed and engineered products only. For further details please contact your HOLMIOS® sales representative.

This Warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product and is automatically void if your HOLMIOS® product is modified in any way, improperly installed (including the installation of other products to the mount/shelf not manufactured by HOLMIOS® or taxed beyond its stated weight capacity or otherwise misused or abused.

This Warranty does not cover the costs of removing and replacing defective parts from your HOLMIOS® product. So, if your problem requires a repair technician, customer must pay any labor charges. Neither covers wear and tear, friction damages, breakage of plastic and glass or spring wearing.

HOLMIOS® products are intended for indoor use only and any outdoor use voids this Warranty.

The 2 years limited Warranty does not cover wear and tear, friction damages, breakage of plastic and glass, spring wearing, coating defects, or the impact of using a product in an outdoor environment or in any manner that exposes the product to weather, water, snow, rain, excessive heat (exceeding operational temperatures), or any other element(s) that would harm the product during its use.

No HOLMIOS® Warranty covers losses or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, modifications, repairs, accidents, force majeure, or any other act(s) that cause the product to fail.

HOLMIOS® Warranty for wall and ceiling mounts is void if the mount is moved from its initial installation.

HOLMIOS® Warranty is void if the user/installer has ignored safety rules or not properly followed assembly instructions.

If a replacement part or product is discontinued or unavailable, HOLMIOS® reserves the right to substitute a comparable replacement part or product for the defective part or product.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HOLMIOS® disclaims any other warranties, express or implied. HOLMIOS® will not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use its products, even if HOLMIOS® has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HOLMIOS® disclaims any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages including those caused to electronic equipment or to the surroundings by the use of the product.


Please note— 10 years warranty means that a manufacturer is contractually obligated to replace parts of a product that break or are defective over the life of the product. However, the manufacturer is not legally obligated to replace parts that are not mentioned in the warranty or are broken or misused by the consumer. Shipping costs and responsibilities are determined during the warranty claim process. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You can get your money back no questions asked or change it. You are eligible for a full reimbursement or change within 14 calendar days of your purchase. >

The product must be in PERFECT CONDITION with its ORIGINAL PACKAGING without deterioration (intact cardboard, bags, seals, corks, etc.). The product must be accompanied by all accessories and complements: remote control, battery, software, support, case, manual and documentation if applicable.

After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible or be able to receive a refund or change. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer in case of withdrawal and by HOLMIOS® in case of non-conformity and subsequent corroboration.
